Why We Need Programming and Programming Languages ?

With the development of technology, we become more and more aware of word of “Programming” in our lives. What’s more, these developments encourage us to think of programming as a necessity.
Countries that are developed or open to development make programming lessons compulsory for students in primary schools.
As I hear from people around me, people want to get an overview of programming, so I want to share my experience as a three-year software engineer.

What is Programming?

Programming is the process of teaching how a computer or device behaves, in what situations it will react and what is affected by these reactions.
It can be commands, words or arithmetic operations to be taught.A program is result of programming process.It can be many things that by typed a programmer.
The reason a program is useful is that it can do a lot of things faster than a person can do. The programmer should keep programs under control.
Otherwise, the program can become a problem.

Why Programming Languges Matter ?

At the beginning of the computing when there were no programming languges programs look like on the left picture.This program just prints “Hello World” on console. It consists of just 0’s and 1’s and is not human readable. As programming languages evolve and evolve, we are beginning to understand their importance.

If we implement this program in a programing language like C,

We see the difference and now we can read the code. As programming languages evolve, our work becomes easier.

Finally, here is the same program in JavaScript language.

As seen, we have one line code and it is completely human readable. What is meant here is that a well developped programming language makes programmer or a person talk with a computer.
According to the programming logic, we need to contact the machines,so we need programing languages.
